Ingredients:  
1-1 pounds of ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 can mild taco sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1-1 cup grated longhorn cheese
8 tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with onion
Season with salt and pepper
Add taco sauce
Heat cream of mushroom soup and 1 can milk
grease a 13x9x2 inch casserole dish
tear 4 soft tortillas into bite size pieces and cover bottom of casserole dish
Add 1/2 of meat,1/2 of soup and 1/2 of cheese
Repeat layers and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
