3 Cups Plain Flour
3 Eggs, beaten
1 Cup Oil
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Peeled and Grated Zucchini
2 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together.
Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla together.
Stir flour mixture into egg mixture, add zucchini and nuts and mix well.
Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350º for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Make sure toothpick comes out clean in center.
