1 pound round streak, cut into pieces
salt and pepper
¼ cup flour
4 tbsp shortening
⅓ cup onion, chopped
1 small can mushrooms
dash of garlic salt
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
dash of tobasco sauce
Directions:
Directions:
coat meat in salt, pepper,and flour
Brown in shortening
add onion and mushrooms and simmer
combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
Simmer 45 min.
Serve over rice or noodles
