Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Raised in a restaurant/bakery, when I was small, I actually got to bake when it wasn't busy or when the important baking was done for the day. I remember finding this in a magazine I made them and people liked them. My uncle Carl, Unker as we called him, who I adored, really loved them and when I made them, Mamagoo would take them home for him. They never to my knowledge were sold in the bakery, just for family.
