3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken strips cut into 3/4" strips

3 eggs well beaten

4 cups of flour

1/2 tsp ground garlic powder

1 tbs Mrs, Dash

2 sticks of butter

12" skillet

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and all seasonings in large Mixing bowl. Beat eggs in a seperate bowl. Melt 1 stick of butter in skillet. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and then flour mixture and place in skillet on med. high heat. Continue until skillet is full, cover with a lid and watch carefully. Lower heat to med. once all sides have browned. Sprinkle all with Mrs. Dash, Add second stick of butter to bottom of pan as needed,
