2 lbs. Beef, cut up for stew
1/4 Cup Flour
2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Paprika
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
4 Small Onions, quartered
4 small Carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
4 Small Potatoes, peeled and halved
1 Cup Sliced Celery
1 Cup Water
2 8oz. Cans Tomato Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a paper bag.
Drop in beef and shake until coated.
Mix meat with oil in 3-quart Casserole
Bake uncovered at 400º for 30 minutes, stirring once.
Add vegetables, water and tomato sauce.
Mix well, cover, lower temperature to 350º and bake an additional 1 3/4 hr. (or until done).
