Stir'n Roll Reg. Biscuits Recipe

2 cups flour
3 tsp.baking powder
1 tsp salt
⅓ cup Veg. oil
⅔ cup milk

heat oven to 450 degrees
Mix: flour, baking powder and salt
Pour: oil and milk into a measuring cup ( DON'T STIR )
pour over dry ingredients
Stir until mixture cleans the sides of bowl and forms a ball
Knead dough gently 2-3 times
Pat out to 1/2 in ch thick
Cut into biscuits and place on ungreased baking sheet
Bake 10-15 min.

Stir'N Roll Buttermilk Biscuits

2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp'salt
1/4 tsp soda
1/3 cup Veg. oil
2/3 cup Milk

same as for reg. biscuits
