1 Cup Green Pepper
1 1/4 Diced Onion
4 slices Bacon
3 Cups Chopped cooked potatoes
3 tbsp. Butter
1 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
3/4 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Ketchup
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green pepper, onions and bacon in butter until transparent.
Add meat and lightly brown.
Combine ketchup, water and pepper and add to meat.
Add potatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.
