6-8 Slices White Bread
1 lb. Sausage, cooked and drained
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
6 eggs
1 Cup Milk or Half-n-Half
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim bread (remove edges) and layer in a buttered casserole to cover entire bottom
Next layer on the sausage and cheese.
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over layers.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
