1 lb. bacon

2 tbs flour and 1 cup of milk (stir until smooth but thick) adjust flour or milk to get a thick mixture)

1 can evaporated milk

1 cup of water

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

12" skillet

Directions:

Fry bacon and remove from skillet

Use 1/4 cup of the bacon grease and add flour mixture. (stir until smooth) Add 1 cup of hot water and stir until smooth. Add pepper. Add evaporated milk and stir until smooth. If too thick add milk. If too thin, add more flour mixture.

(Bacon has enough salt. If you add more salt, be careful so that it doesn't become over powering.)
