1/2 lb. cooked chicken cubes or strips

6 boiled eggs chopped

1/2 cup julienne sliced carrots

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1/4 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

large salad bowl and salad tongs

Favorite salad dressing

You can replace the chicken with ham cubes or use both meats, Very filling. Leftovers do not keep well so eat it all. lol
