½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
¾ cup buttermilk
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp allspice
1 cup molasses
enough flour to roll and handle easily

Add buttermilk and molasses
Add enough flour to roll and handle easily
Bake in 400 degree oven 10-12 min.
