½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
¾ cup buttermilk
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp allspice
1 cup molasses
enough flour to roll and handle easily

Mix all dry ingredients
Add buttermilk and molasses
Add enough flour to roll and handle easily
Bake in 400 degree oven 10-12 min.
