1 stick butter

2 pkgs. dried beef (Buddig)

2 cans evaporated milk

2 tbs flour

1/2 tsp of ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into bite size pieces. Melt butter and pepper in skillet and add meat until a little crispy. Sprinkle flour on meat. Add 2 cups hot water and mix to a thick mixture. If too thin, add more flour. Add 2 cans of evaporated milk and cook on slow to consistency that you want.
