1 envelope plus 2 tsp unflavored gelatin
1 cup cold water
1 cup sugar
2¼ cups powder sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1½ tsp vanilla
⅛ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin on cold water in a 2 qt. sauce pan to soften
Stir in granulated sugar
Heat to rolling boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes
Pour hot mixture over powder sugar in a large bowl
Beat until foamy; about 2 min.
Beat in remaining ingredients, on high speed until stiff peaks form 12-15 min.
