3 lb. beef roast (leave fat on)

32 oz. beef broth

24 oz. frozen Reams noodles

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker. Add broth and seasongs. Cook on low for 8 hrs, or 4 hrs on high. The slower the cooking will make it more tender. (trim fat) Add frozen noodles and cook another hr. on slow) If need be, add a little water ( 2 cups?) to make room for noodles to cook. (noodles will expand).

Add more salt and pepper to taste if desired,

If you would like a stronger beef flavor (or if sauce on beef isn't thick enough). you can add 8 oz. Heinz gravy and stir thoroughly when completely cooked
