3 eggs
3 oz cream cheese
1/8 tsp of Cream of Tartar
1/4 tsp salt
(See more spices below)

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 300

Separate whites and yokes (don't get any of the yokes in the whites)
Add tartar and salt to whites and whip up in Kitchen Aid till forms stiff peaks
Separately mix egg yokes and cream cheese
Gently fold whites into yoke mixture with spatula
On parchment paper lined baking sheet (should make about 6-8 breads), keep enough space between each so they don't spread out on to one another
If desired, sprinkle onion or garlic powder for flavor
Bake about 25 minutes

FOR PIZZA CLOUD BREAD
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. shredded mozzarella or grated Parmesan
2 tsp. tomato paste

FOR EVERYTHING BAGEL CLOUD BREAD
1/8 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. minced dried garlic
1 tsp. minced dried onion

FOR RANCH CLOUD BREAD
1 1/2 tsp. ranch seasoning powder
