1 pounds boneless chicken thighs

1 onion, chopped

3 potatoes, chopped

1 apple, chopped

2 tblsp curry powder

1 can (10 fl oz) chicken broth

2 cups frozen peas, thawed

2 cups uncooked minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in crockpot. Top with onion.

Add potatoes, apple, curry powder and broth.

Cover with lid and cook on low (8 - 10 hours) or high (5 - 6 hours).

Stir in peas and rice.

Cover and cook an additional 20 minutes.
