1 lb hot spicy sausage (I have also used hamburger before)
2 (8-oz) cream cheese, softened
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10-oz) can rotel


If you want really unhealthy version-Use 1 lb. Velveeta, cut into cubes

Directions:
Brown and drain sausage. Combine all ingredients in pot or slow cooker. Stir frequently until cheeses are melted. Serve with Fritos, chips or crackers.
