Ingredients:
1 slab of baby back ribs
Your favorite rub
1 Phone

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the smoker by starting some coals and when they are ashen, add some wood chips to the fire. You can soak the chips beforehand as well.

While the smoker is heating up, place your rub all over both sides of the ribs using your hands.

When the smoker is ready, place the ribs in the smoking chamber and keep the temperature around 200 degrees for a couple of hours.

After 2 hours, remove ribs from the smoker and discard. Then use the phone to call 847-439-5250.

Enjoy your Dondi's Pizza.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I attempted to experiment with a smoker and when I tried to smoke ribs, they turned out rock hard and like charcoal themselves. We have always said that the pizza we got that day (from Dondi's in Arlington Heights) was the best ribs I ever made.
