1 lb. Angel Hair Spaghetti

1 lb. cubed chicken

3 cups chicken broth

2 tbs. minced garlic

1 pint heavy cream

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tbs. butter

1 1/2 tsp parsley

16 oz. Italian blend shredded cheese

8 oz. grated parmesan

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. ground pepper

Directions:
Boil spaghetti noodles in chicken broth, butter, garlic and seasonings in 12" skillet. (use 2 cups of broth and reserve 1 cup of it to cook chicken) Cook on medium until broth is gone. Set aside. Cube chicken and steam in chicken broth until fully cook and broth is gone. Combine chicken and noodle mixtures. Add heavy cream, sour cream. Simmer on low until well heated. Sprinkle cheeses on top. Let rest 15 mins, and then serve .(If it is too thick, add a little chicken broth for a smooth consistency.)
