3 cups flour

3 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

¼ cup sugar

1 (12 oz) can beer

½ cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix dry ingredients. Add beer.

Pour into greased loaf pan.

Pour melted butter over mixture (for a soft crust, mix butter into the batter).

Bake 1 hour, remove from pan and cool for at least 15 minutes.
