Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

2.5 cups macaroni

cup butter

cup flour

2 cups milk

1 tsp salt

1 tsp white sugar

lb velvetta cheese (226 grams)

⅔ sour cream

1 ⅓ cups cottage cheese

2 cups grated old cheddar cheese

1 cups soft bread crumbs

2 tblsp butter and paprika

Cook and drain macaroni. Pour into 2.5 litre casserole dish.

Melt butter over medium heat, stir in flour and mix well.

Add milk and cook, stirring constantly until it thickens.

Add salt, sugar and velveeta cheese. Mix well.

Mix sour cream and cottage cheese into sauce.

Pour over macaroni.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs over top.

Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350 for 40 - 50 minutes.
