2 cups boiling water
2 cups cubed potatoes
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup each celery and onions
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 - 2 cups milk
1 cup grated cheddar
1 - 14oz can creamed corn

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer raw vegetables for 20 minutes in boiling water. Do NOT drain.

While vegetables are cooking, make white sauce in pan by combining margarine, flour and milk. When thickened, add cheese and stir to melt.

Add corn to vegetable mixture then add the sauce.

Keep hot but do not boil.
