2 cups celery, sliced thin in 1 strips
1/2 cup diced onions
1 l1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 beef bouillon cube
16 -19 oz can bean sprouts or 4 cups chopped cabbage
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef, celery and onions til browned

Add all other ingredients except sprouts/cabbage and cook until thick.
Stir in sprouts/cabbage.

Cook covered, 3 minutes or til cabbage is tender.

Serve with rice.

Minced garlic or red pepper flakes can be added for more flavour.

Shredded cabbage can be substituted for bean sprouts.
