2 cups macaroni
4 tbsp margarine
1 onion, diced
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 pepper or to taste
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni til tender.
In pan, melt margarine, add onions and cook til translucent.
Add flour, salt and pepper and stir.
Stir in milk.
Heat and stir til sauce thickens.
Add cheese, stir to melt.
Add macaroni. Stir well.

Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until brown and crispy.
