1 c. Kewpie salad dressing
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Mirin seasoning rice wine
½ tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of black pepper

Directions:

1. Mix all of the ingredients together until creamy.
2. Can add 1 tbsp. grated onion or 1 tsp. grated ginger root.
3. Serve over salad greens or shredded cabbage. Refrigerate.
