1 cup sugar
4 tbsps flour
tsp salt
2 tbsps melted butter
cup lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 lemon
3 eggs, separated
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F.

Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Add butter, lemon juice, grated rind and 3 egg yolks mixed with milk. Fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into 1 to 1 quart baking dish. Bake in a pan of hot water (1 inch deep) for 45 minutes.

Custard will form on bottom and cake on top.
