1 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 t. cream of tartar
1 t. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
4½ c. flour
1 t. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugars, butter and oil and beat well. Add eggs, beat again, and add remaining ingredients. Drop batter on cookie sheet using a teaspoon and flatten with fork. Bake at 350º until light brown.
