1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 t. baking powder
1 c. milk
t. salt
2 T. butter
4 c. sliced peaches or other fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in an 8x8 inch baking dish to cover bottom and sides. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, milk and salt to make a thin batter. Pour into baking dish and cover with fruit. Bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes.
