Chuck Roast (2 - 3 lbs)
1 Tablespoon Lawry's Seasoning to season meat (first)
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper to season meat (first)
2 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Blend ©
1/4 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Sprinkle Crushed Red Pepper (couple of flakes)
1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 Cup Onion, Celery, Bell Pepper Mix
1 Teaspoon Dried Onion Flakes
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
3 Cups Beef Broth
Water to fill one inch above meat

Directions:
In a Ninja pot, place 2 Tablespoons oil. Sprinkle meat with one tablespoon of Lawry's Seasoning and 1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper on all sides. Heat in Ninja sauce pan. Heat on saute. Saute on all sides. Once meat is sauted, add all other seasonings. Place all other seasonings on the top of meat and fill pot with broth and finish with water. Cook on Pressure for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Quick release the pressure. Saute another 5 minutes. Serve.
