4-6 Garlic Cloves
2 tlbs Butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups Chicken Stock
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
3/4 cup heavy Cream
2 tlbs chopped fresh Basil or Parsley
8oz. - 1/2 pound Angle hair Pasta,

Medium pan, heat Olive Oil over med heat. Add Garlic and stir until fragrant, 1to 2 min. Add butter and stir constantly until melted. Pour in chicken stock add salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Add Spaghetti and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 1 minutes. Add more chicken broth if pasta starts to stick to pan.
Stir Parmesan cheese, cream, basil, and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately. cools done fast

My granddaughter Ming has made some great adjustment's to the dish.
She stir-fries red,& yellow peppers and red onion with the garlic, butter and Olive Oil until slightly tender, Then add a pkg of Large frozen shrimp continue to cook about 2-3 min. sets shrimp and veggies aside, follow recipe for cooking pasta in broth when pasta is tender add all remaining ingredients. Dinner is ready.It's Fantastic.
