Basic Banana Bread

1/2 cup White Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Soda
dash of Salt
2 Eggs
3Thawed Banana's ( I usually save all my old Banana's in the freezer)
1 Stick of Butter( room temperature)
1 Tsp Cinnamon (optional
2 cups Flour

Optional but I always add:
Cut flour to 11/2 cps,add 1/4 cup oat bran, 1/4 cup wheat bran
Craisins, and chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Cream together sugar, eggs, butter, and banana's
Fold in flour, salt and soda.
Pour in bread pan sprayed with nonstick spray
Bake 65 min or until toothpick comes out clean
