4 potatoes
4-5 eggs
Half an onion
salt
Olive oil
Non stick frying pan

Directions:
Directions:
Peal and cut the potatoes into small chunks (slightly bigger than quarter size) and add to a bowl
Chop half an onion into small pieces and add to bowl
Add salt to bowl
Fill the bottom the pan in a thick layer of oil
Heat up the oil oil
Add everything in the bowl
Set flame to lower medium and cook slow while moving everything around
Smash the potatoes to make them soft as it cooks
Cook until the potatoes are soft (could take around 15 minutes)
Drain the oil as well as possible
Beat the eggs in a bowl
Add the mixture to the eggs is a bowl
Add a small amount of oil back to the pan and add the new mixture to the pan
Set to at least medium flame
Use a plate to flip the Tortilla and cook both sides
