MEATBALLS:
3 lbs. ground beef
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. oatmeal
tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
1 - 2 tsp. chili pepper
BARBECUE SAUCE:
2 c. catsup
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes or chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
For meatballs, mix ingredients well and shape into meatballs. Place on greased cookie sheet (only one layer). Combine barbecue sauce ingredients until dissolved. Pour barbecue sauce over meatballs. Bake one hour at 350. Can be frozen before baking and then baked in the amount needed. Makes 30 ( cup) meatballs.
