2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
2 tbsp. Tender Quick
1 c. water
2½ tbsp. Liquid Smoke
⅛ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. coarse pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well with hands. Shape into three 2-inch diameter rolls. Wrap in saran wrap. Refrigerate 24 hours. Bake at 300º for 1-1¼ hours in a broiler pan.
