1 can creamed corn
1 can of whole corn (undrained)
1 Box Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs beaten
1 stick butter (melted)
8oz sour cream
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and grease dish.

Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a large greased casserole dish.
Bake 1 hour or until center doesn't jiggle.

This recipe can be doubled for a large gathering. However, it is best to bake in two separate dishes to completely cook through.

This is one of the family favorites. Definitely an Oldie but Goodie. The first time I found the recipe was in Grandmas box many, many years ago and it had Deb Trenary's name on the hand written recipe. Since then I have seen it all over the internet and on the side of boxes. Wonderful to know that such a classic was found by Grandma so long ago.
