1 package white cake
1package (3 ounce)strawberry gelatin
1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen masded (measured after chopped
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs

Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting
8-ounces cream cheese room temp
1/2 cup butter room temp
5 to 6 cups confectioner sugar
2 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup strawberries fresh or frozen, smashed or chopped fine drained

In a large bowl combine the dry cake mix, gelatin and water on low speed for one minute or until moistened then on medium for four minutes
In a small bowl with clean beaters on high speed until stiff peaks forms... folder egg whites, mashed strawberries into cake batter
Pour into three greased and floured 8 inch round cake pans bake it 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or into until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan
Frost with whipped cream or cream cheese frosting with store in the refrigerator
