Ingredients: 4 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet baking chocolate - 1 package ¼ cup (½ stick) butter ¾ cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla ½ cup flour ½ cup chopped nuts (optional) 2 ½ cup cold milk 2 packages Instant Jell-O Chocolate pudding mix 1 package Cool Whip Grated Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, for garnish

Directions:Heat oven to 350º (325º for glass pie plate). Grease bottom & sides of 9" pie plate. Microwave chocolate & butter in large microwave safe bowl on high 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar, eggs, & vanilla. Mix in flour, then nuts. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes & beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Let stand 2 minutes. Spread over cooled brownie pie. Top with Cool Whip. Garnish with additional grated chocolate. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
