2 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup salted butter melted
1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2 Tbs.
1/2 cup salted butter very soft
1 Tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. natural vanilla
3 or 4 sliced bananas
2 1/2 cups fresh ripe pineapple
1 pint heavy cream whipped with the 2 tbs. sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup fresh sweet cherries washed and halved

Mix the cracker crumbs and melted butter together reserving 1/2 cup. Press into 12 x 9 pan.
In a small bowl beat at high speed the powdered sugger softened butter, hot water, and vanilla. Spread over crumb mixture
Arrange the sliced bananas over crumb mixture, spoon pineapple over. spread on whipped cream over mixture.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup crumb topping and dot with cherries. Put in fridge covered for 3 hours. cut squares and enjoy.
