4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast, 4-6 oz , 113-170g, each
1 can of crushed pineapple with juice, 14 oz, 398ml
2 tsp cornstarch
1 ˝ tsp dried savory

Directions:
Directions:
Heat large greased frying pan on medium. Add chicken breast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for about five minutes per side until browned.
Combine remaining 3 ingredients and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in small bowl. Pour over chicken. Stir, scraping any brown bits from bottom of pan. Reduce heat to medium- low. Cook, covered, for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened and chicken is no longer pink inside.
