2 lb pork loin

Favorite barbecue sauce (I use Montgomery Inn's sauce)

16 ozs. chicken broth

8 sandwich buns

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork loin in slow cooker with the chicken broth and cook on high for 4 to 6 hrs.

Drain any liquid from the cooker.

Trim fat and shred pork

Add favorite barbecue sauce to consistency that you desire.

Refrigerate leftovers

Serve on sandwich buns, Can add cole slaw for a carnival style type sandwich
