1 - 14 3/4 oz. can cream corn

1 - 15 1/4 oz. drained whole kernel corn

1 box jiffy corn muffin mix

1 cup sour cream

1/2 stick butter melted

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

mixing bowl

9 x 13 glass dish

cooking spray

preheat oven to 350

Directions:
Combine everything in a large mixing bowl. Spray cooking dish and add all ingredients. Bake for 45 mins. or until golden brown. Remove from heat and sprinkle cheese. Return to oven and bake 5 to 10 mins. longer. Let stand for 5 mins. before cutting. Serve warm.
