Whole chicken roasted

Bisquck mix

Evaporated milk

32 oz. purchased chicken broth

Slow cooker

Directions:
Remove internal bags and guts from chicken. Place chicken in slow cooker and add chicken broth. Cook on high 4 to 6 hours until meat is falling off the bone. Cool the chicken and remove all bones and skin. Add chicken and broth to a stock pot. Add 4 cups of water and put on high heat to boil. Mix 1 cup condensed milk with 6 cups bisquick mix. Mix together and mix will be sticky. Reduce heat to medium and drop spoon size mix into boiling broth. Dumplings will turn white and fluffy and float to the top. Keep pushing spoons of dough below the surface of liquid until all is dropped. Reduce heat to low and allow to cook another 30 to 45 mins. Continue to check until all mix is fluffy. Salt and pepper to taste. Watch carefully so mix doesn't scorch.

You can cut recipe to 1/3 up milk and 2 cups mix or 2/3 milk and 4 cups mix.
