3 lb. beef roast

2 lbs. carrots cut into small pieces

3 lb. Yukon gold potatoes cut into 1" pieces (peels on)

1 large white onion cut into rings

32 oz. beef broth (purchased)

1 large jar brown gravy

2 tsps. minced garlic

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Place roast in bottom of cooker. Add potatoes, carrots, onions, minced garlic, gravy, beef broth, salt and pepper .Cook on high 6 to 8 hours until knife inserted into meat and vegetables are soft.

Cut all vegetables to 1" size. If you cut them too small they will turn to mush.
