1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
40 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
4 (4 oz.) packages semi-sweet chocolate or 1 (16 oz.) package chocolate chips, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and 3 cups cookie crumbs until blended. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and freeze 10 minutes. Dip balls in melted chocolate. Place in single layers in a shallow wax paper-lined pan. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
