1 ¾ C. sugar
1 C. oil
½ C. buttermilk
½ C. butter, softened
2 eggs
2 ½ C. flour
2 C. zucchini, shredded
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 T. cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C. milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º - pour all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Pour equally into 2 greased bread loaf pans. Bake in oven for 50 - 60 minutes. Allow to cool in pan a bit before removing.
