Heat:
c dry mustard
c white wine vinegar
⅓ c light brown sugar
1 can consumme soup
4 egg yokes
pinch of salt

After removing from heat:
lb butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put it all in a pot over medium heat. Beat it constantly with a hand beater .
2. Add -tsp cornstarch if the sauce isn't thickening.
3. Heat until it just comes to a boil; do not allow it to boil. Remove from heat and beat in butter immediately.
4. Slightly less mustard and more sugar may be preferred.
