Sausage - pork or italian
Mushrooms - 2 cans drained
Green Pepper - 1 large
Onion - 1 large
1 large can tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
Basil & Oregano 1 tsp
1 bay leaf
Thyme-1/2 tsp
Salt & Pepper
Olives - sliced and added at end of cooking

Fry Hamburger with spices and set aside
Fry sausage and set aside
Same with onion and green pepper
Combine all ingredients and simmer for flavors to combine
Add olives last - about or more according to taste.

Dad used to make a big pot of this spaghetti sauce and it would go fast as it was so tasty. It was really good when company came. Mom used her big dutch oven to make it in.
