1 Bag Frozen Corn or 1 Can Corn
½ C Cream
½ C Milk
½ Tbs Salt
1 Tbs Sugar
Dash Cayenne Pepper
Dash Paprika
(Garlic Powder Optional)
2 Oz Butter
2 Tbs Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Half all ingredients in picture and use same amount of butter-flour roux or, follow measurements listed above.

Combine all ingredients except butter and flour. Bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Blend butter with flour to make a roux, add to corn, mix well, remove from heat.

Put corn into oven safe casserole dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place under broiler until evenly browned.

Note*
A mini dutch oven works best.
